Why Back to Recess you ask? Because your inner child has been neglected for too long! We at Back to Recess believe that play therapy is essential for bringing joy into your life!
In times of uncertainty and turmoil stress can overload us and before you know it joy is a vague memory associated with childhood. So it's time to bring childhood back into our hectic grown up lives.
Back to Recess is an adults only Recess group. Get together with other adults and let go of all your grown up worries while you play games from your childhood.
What games? All the games! Freeze Tag, Red Rover, Kickball, Tug of War, Double Dutch, Four Square, Handball, Hula Hoop, Chinese Jump Rope and so much more. We even have rainy day activities - think Arts and Crafts, Finger Painting, Play Dough and throwback Movies!
Look for other fun add ons like Field Trips and Lock-Ins as well as Holiday Events and Seasonal Activities!
